Forthcoming Events
August 2025 - Burns Supper
Burns visited Stirling in August 1787 and wrote his famous seditious comments on the window of the now Golden Lion Hotel. We know that Burns rode through Blairlogie on his way to Harvieston House in 1787 so this seems a most appropriate time to celebrate the works of Scotland’s Bard. A fine Scottish feast will be provided, plus traditional entertainment.
Please bring your own drink to this event.
2025 - Open Gardens
Blairlogie is one of the earliest heritage villages in Scotland and it has been said to be one of the prettiest. The Trust has received a few suggestions that we should once again hold a village garden event in aid of the Village Hall. As it relies on the villagers agreeing to open their gardens, we thought that it best to ask if you would be happy to do so.
Please email craig_bryce@hotmail.com to indicate if you would be willing to open your garden and what time of year would suit you best. This has been a most successful event in the past and one that the Trust would be keen to repeat.
If you have any further suggestions for village events, please email blairlogierr@gmail.com
